Kim took my inquiry and got me over to Glen for an on-site inspection and estimate. We approved the estimate and placed the order for the new equipment. Once the parts arrived, Kim called and scheduled the installation. Larry (the installer) introduced himself and walk us through the installation process. We have had excellent experience with Quality Fence and Quality Gate over the past 17 years. Larry serviced our gate in July 2016. This time, the problem was the gate stays open and even opens on its own. Larry quickly found the problem in the wiring to the sensors.
